| Overview |

All of our training sessions are web-based and include an in-person trainer. While using your web browser, our trainers can walk you through system features, assist with setup, and answer any questions you may have. Up to 5 people from your organization can participate in the training session.
Sessions are generally offered Monday-Thursday at 10:00AM EST and 2:00PM EST.
If you are interested in a training session, please email the date/time slot that works best for you to our Support Team at . Please note that training sessions fill up quickly so we recommend that you schedule in advance.

Free Training
Anyone that signs up for a free 30-day trial, is provided 1 free web-based System Administrator training course. An in-person trainer walks you through the system features, assists you with your initial setup, and answers any questions you may have. This helps to ensure that all of our clients are successful in the short and long term! |

System Administrator Training
For those clients who need to train additional personnel on how the administer the system, training sessions can be booked at anytime. Each course is $50 USD + $25 USD for each module covered. For example, a course that covers the Project and Timesheet modules will cost $100 USD. |

Employee Training
While most employees do not require training, training tutorials are provided in the help system. These walk employees through how to enter basic items. These tutorials are free of charge and can be reviewed at anytime. |
